Job summary

Fiddler’s Creek Management Co. is seeking a Wellness Attendant to warmly welcome members and guests, answer inquiries about spa services, book appointments, and assist with pool and gym operations. The role requires strong customer service, English communication, and neat, professional appearance.

This is a full-time position in Naples, Florida. Responsibilities include greeting guests by name when possible, processing payments, keeping locker rooms and lobby pristine, and supporting pool staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be offered through Fiddler’s Creek).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) required.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Work well in a team and take initiative to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, sincere welcome to all members and guests, greeting them by name when possible.
• Use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to requests, provide accurate information and respond with action.
• Promote spa services and products; describe services and merchandise.
• Answer phones, take messages, transfer calls and book spa appointments.
• Operate POS system, book spa services, handle check-in/out, process payments.
• Maintain lobby, pool area, locker rooms and refreshment station in immaculate order.
• Follow safety procedures and report issues to supervisor.
• Assist pool staff if requested.
• Uphold professional dress and pool safety standards.
