• Stocking and maintaining fresh towels.
• Reporting maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Acknowledging and greeting all guests in public areas.
• Answering questions about local attractions.
• Maintaining knowledge of property amenities.
• Demonstrating company values and principles.
