• Answering questions about local attractions.
• Maintaining knowledge of property amenities.

Job description

Key Responsibilities of a Pool Attendant

• Cleaning assigned pool areas in accordance with the resort standards and checking/adjusting chemical levels in the pools as well as performing backwash daily.
• Replenishing amenities and supplies in the assigned pool area as needed.
• Stocking and maintaining fresh towels.
• Reporting any maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Acknowledging and greeting all guests in corridors and all other public access areas.
• Answering questions about local area attractions and things to do.
• Maintaining up-to-date working knowledge of all property amenities as well as any special events.
• Demonstrating the Evolution Hospitality Values and Guiding Principles.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of two years customer service experience.
• Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds; push and pull 50 pounds.
• Practice safety standards at all times and be alert to hazardous conditions; report or correct any hazardous conditions immediately.
• Must be thoroughly familiar with the Employee Handbook and adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the company.
• Wear proper uniform at all times in accordance with the Standards of Appearance.
• Other duties as assigned, of which the employee is capable of performing.
• Will be asked to train new employees.
• Must have a positive attitude.
• Candidates must have the work permit and proper paperwork to be employed in the USA.
