Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa is hiring a Full-Time General Manager to oversee daily operations at our Montclair and Hoboken locations. You’ll supervise scheduling, coach staff, and drive performance across spa services and retail.

We offer a competitive pay structure, a $1,000 sign-on bonus for 36+ hours/week, health and vision coverage, and ongoing training in a state-of-the-art facility. Equal Opportunity Employer. Join us and lead an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Meevo experience required or highly preferred.
• At least 2 years spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations.
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the spa.
• Ensure guests and team members are scheduled efficiently.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Maximize inventory for professional and retail use.
• Understand software systems and analyze spa performance.
• Lead neighborhood marketing and community outreach.
• Ensure each guest has a phenomenal and consistent experience.
• Support a culture of service and personal satisfaction.

We are hiring a Full-Time General Manager to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations. Team members may be scheduled at either spa location based on business needs; however, you would work at only one location per shift and would not be required to travel between locations during the same workday.

Schedule Requirement

At least one weekend day.
