Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations. You would work at only one location per shift, with occasional travel between sites as needed.

We are offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions and require availability for weekends. Responsibilities include scheduling, guest service, and retail recommendations, while staying highly organized and maintaining a professional front desk.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in spa, hospitality, or front desk is preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities are required.
• Willingness and ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations.
• Weekend availability is required.

More Specifically, Our Qualified Travel Spa Coordinator

• Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow
• Provides exceptional guest service while recommending retail and gift cards
• Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience
• Supports the General Manager and leadership team
• Stays highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Maintains a clean, professional, and well-organized front desk environment
• Is comfortable traveling between our Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed

Requirements

• Meevo experience required or highly preferred
• Previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
• Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
