The Woodhouse Day Spa is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations. You would work at only one location per shift, with occasional travel between sites as needed.

We are offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions and require availability for weekends. Responsibilities include scheduling, guest service, and retail recommendations, while staying highly organized and maintaining a professional front desk.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in spa, hospitality, or front desk is preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities are required.
• Willingness and ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage spa schedule and ensure smooth guest flow.
• Provide exceptional guest service and recommend retail/gift cards.
• Maintain a clean, professional front desk environment and support leadership.
