ACME Athletics in Clarksville, TN, seeks a friendly Spa Front Desk & Wellness Concierge for part-time hours. You will greet guests, manage appointments, explain services, and support massage and stretch providers while maintaining a calm, pristine spa environment.

The role requires strong hospitality skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple bookings. Some evenings and weekends are required; Mindbody experience is a plus.

• Warm, polished, and professional communication.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• A calm presence while managing multiple appointments and priorities.
• High standards for cleanliness, presentation, and atmosphere.
• Comfort learning Mindbody and wellness‑equipment procedures.
• Consistent availability, including some evenings and weekends.
• Spa, salon, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or medical‑reception experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification by the required start deadline.

Responsabilités

• Deliver attentive, personalized spa hospitality.
• Welcome guests and guide them through the Revive experience.
• Schedule, confirm, modify, and check out appointments in Mindbody.
• Explain massage, stretch, recovery, and wellness services.
• Coordinate provider schedules and treatment‑room turnover.
• Prepare and reset serene, clean, fully stocked treatment spaces.
• Maintain linens, towels, guest amenities, and spa supplies.
• Answer calls and respond warmly to service questions.
• Process approved transactions and session redemptions.
• Protect guest privacy and maintain professional boundaries.
• Support smooth opening, closing, sanitation, and daily operations.
