Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Spa Reservations Coordinator to be the first point of contact for guests in a luxury five‑diamond spa. You will greet callers, guide guests through the wellness journey, and manage multiple treatment bookings with upsells in a fast‑paced environment.

You will coordinate with back‑of‑house leadership, ensure accurate Book4Time transactions, uphold health and safety standards, and contribute to a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in the spa or salon industry.
• Book4Time experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Bilingual in Spanish is an asset.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests over the phone in a warm, genuine manner.
• Host guests through the facility and familiarize them with the surroundings.
• Guide guests toward their needs when making reservations and upsell treatments.
• Communicate changes, cancellations and additions to the back of house leadership team.
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
• Process Book4Time transactions daily.
• Perform daily checklists and other duties as assigned.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all aspects of job performance
• Host guests through the facility and familiarize them with the surroundings while explaining the wellness journey
• Guide the guests toward their specific needs when making reservations and off multiple treatment bookings and up-sells
• Communicate all changes, cancellations and additions to the back of house leadership team
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to hotel health and safety standards
• Process transactions and adjustments in Book4Time daily
• Perform any duties and responsibilities as assigned including daily checklists

Qualifications

• Experience working in the spa or salon industry
• Book4Time experience preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Bilingual in Spanish is an asset
• Basic computer skills required
• Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess grooming guidelines
• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
