Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking an Ironwood American Kitchen Supervisor to lead the Food & Beverage Outlet team, uphold service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will supervise the F&B Outlet operations, train staff on menus and promotions, and drive revenue through upselling while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous Food and Beverage leadership experience preferred.
• Adhere to Fairmont grooming guidelines.
• POS system experience required.
• Microsoft Windows applications proficiency required.
• University/College degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.

• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Other duties as assigned.
