Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience preferred.

• Proven ability to lead, coach, or influence a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with booking systems a plus (Zenoti).

Responsibilities

• Own daily front desk operations and guest flow.
• Lead, coach, and support the front desk team to meet sales and service goals.
• Drive membership conversion, booking efficiency, and guest experience.
• Assist GM with daily operational execution and development of staff.
