Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a Spa Receptionist to greet guests, answer phones, schedule spa services, check guests in and process charges. You will be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming atmosphere and supporting a smooth front desk operation that enhances the guest experience.

You will work with a leadership mindset to support associates, ensure clear communication, and maintain operational efficiency across the spa front desk.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/salon/spa customer service environment preferred.
• Must be detail‑oriented, able to multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent listening, communication and customer service skills.
• Team player and enjoy working with people.
• Able to stay in a stationary position 80% of the time.
• Flexible long hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close spa daily per SOP.
• Book, change, and cancel spa appointments in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner.
• Understand all discount rates, special packages, products, services for guest reservations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and organized work area; assist with spa cleaning duties.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
