Forever Young Spas in Back Bay seeks a friendly Front Desk Host to greet clients, manage check-ins and bookings, and keep the lobby welcoming. You’ll support daily scheduling, answer inquiries, and promote memberships with a bonus on sign-ups.

Training is provided; experience in customer service is valued but not required. The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and a upbeat, people-oriented attitude in a fast-paced spa environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer-facing role (restaurant, coffee shop, retail, gym, hotel, salon all count).
• Reliable and punctual; attendance matters more than anything.
• Comfortable using a phone, a tablet and a simple booking app.
• No spa experience needed; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients by name and create a calm, personal first impression.
• Check clients in and out in Mangomint booking system; assist with flow of appointments.
• Answer calls, texts, and booking questions; help clients rebook as needed.
• Explain memberships and assist sign-ups to earn a bonus.
• Keep lobby and rooms guest-ready with fresh linens and tidy spaces.
• Assist with light social media tasks when downtime allows.
