• Deliver an exceptional experience for every client, every time they walk through our doors.
• Introduce clients to the Elements Wellness Program - a no-hassle membership designed to help them see lasting results.
• Be the welcoming face of hospitality - on the phone and in-studio.
• Ensure client paperwork, check-ins, and payments are handled quickly and accurately.
• Collaborate with Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and Managers to create a seamless and supportive environment.
