Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Front Desk Attendant at the Spa of Colonial Williamsburg. The role involves assisting guests at the fitness center and providing exceptional service. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years in a guest service role and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a guest service capacity, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative/organizational skill or vocational education.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Receive incoming calls for appointments and schedule them accordingly.
• Call expected guests to promote spa and fitness center services.
• Handle guest complaints and provide advice on treatment selections.
• Ensure proper point of sale procedures and cash handling policies.
