Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to join Newport Harbor Island Resort in Newport, RI. You will greet guests, manage bookings, handle payments, and support the spa team while promoting spa products and services.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of customer service experience, excellent communication, and a positive, sales-friendly attitude in a hospitality setting. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or spa.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with booking and scheduling software.
• Sales experience is a plus.
