Qualifications

• Flexible availability including weekends/evenings/holidays.

• Process guest check-ins, check-outs, and handle payment transactions accurately
• Coordinate with spa therapists and wellness staff to ensure seamless service flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and serene front desk and reception area
• Upsell spa packages, retail products, and add-on treatments to enhance the guest experience

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a spa, hotel, or luxury hospitality concierge role preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency with spa booking or scheduling software is a plus
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
• Professional appearance and polished presentation at all times
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a strong advantage in the Miami Beach market
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
