FirstService Residential is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to greet guests, answer phones, schedule appointments, and help maintain the spa area. Flexibility with weekend shifts is required.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, multitasking, and teamwork, with duties including front desk duties, cash handling, and knowledge of spa treatments. Training and staff meetings are included.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in reception desk and/or spa/salon environment preferred.
• Knowledge of spa treatments is advantageous.
