Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to welcome guests, answer phones, book appointments, and process transactions at the spa front desk. You’ll set a professional tone and help ensure a seamless guest experience.

You’ll coordinate with spa teammates, manage schedules, and maintain a clean, organized station while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in bookings.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Able to stay in a stationary position most of the shift.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Open and close spa front desk per procedures.
• Book, modify, and cancel spa appointments politely and accurately.
• Explain discount rates, packages, and spa services to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with duties.
• Support management with daily operations when required.
