Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Heath Spa Attendant to manage front desk operations at the Health Club. The role emphasizes courteous call handling, member check-in/out, POS usage, and maintaining locker rooms and facilities.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Two+ years in resort or country club setting preferred.
• Group fitness certification preferred.
• Proficient in English; basic math skills.
• Ability to plan, organize and complete tasks timely.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily service schedule for spa and fitness.
• Check in/out members, including POS and cash handling.
• Prepare and maintain locker rooms, treatment rooms, pool deck, and amenities.
• Promote club programs and events to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure equipment safety and perform basic maintenance/ cleaning.
