Job summary

Blackberry Farm is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to greet guests, answer phones, and book on-property treatments at our Tennessee resort. You will open/close procedures, coordinate therapist schedules, and help maintain a calm spa environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. This role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Microsoft Office computer skills are expected.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members.
• Basic math knowledge and numerical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Book spa appointments for on-property guests.
• Open & close procedures as scheduled.
• Answer all incoming phone calls and retrieve messages from voicemail.
• Coordinate therapist, nail techs, and esthetician schedules daily.
• Maintain spa appearance and cleanliness according to Blackberry Farm standards.
• Assist in stocking towels, linens, and spa items.
• Complete confirmations for spa treatments for the following day.
• Oversee billing and reconciliation after appointments.
• Greet guests and assist them as necessary.
• Promote in-house spa services and products.
