Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Book spa appointments for on-property guests and manage daily schedules.
• Answer incoming calls and retrieve messages from voicemail.
• Coordinate therapist, nail techs, and esthetician schedules daily.
• Open and close spa operations as scheduled.
• Balance transactions and oversee billing after appointments.
• Greet guests and provide spa tours of facilities.
• Assist in stocking towels, linens, and spa items; maintain locker rooms.
• Promote in-house spa services and retail products.
