Chateau Elan’s Spa Experience Expert greets guests, provides courteous service, and guides tours of the spa and resort facilities, ensuring seamless check-in and checkout experiences. You will assist guests with information, promote brand programs, and maintain professional standards across the spa and hospitality areas.

Responsibilities include handling payments, advising on services, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to inventory and operational excellence in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficient computer skills for guest check-in and billing.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional image.
• Input and retrieve guest information at check-in with a POS system.
• Provide full tours of spa facilities including locker rooms and pools.
• Handle cash, vouchers, and balance house accounts.
• Address guest questions and resolve concerns to satisfaction.
