Job summary

Omni Hotels in Frisco, TX seeks a dedicated spa team member to maintain cleanliness throughout the spa and fitness center while delivering superior guest service in a relaxing environment.

You will prepare spaces for guest arrival, greet guests, keep locker rooms and lounges sanitary, assist with inventory, and lead tours of the spa and facilities. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent guest service skills and ensure quality guest experience in spa.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must communicate effectively.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to bend, reach and lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 75 lbs.
• Experience in a Spa/Hotel/Resort/Gym environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares spaces for guest arrival, including cleaning, sanitation, stocking/restocking supplies, and replacing linen.
• Greets all guests, providing information and directions as necessary.
• Maintain locker room in sanitary and safe condition to include shower areas, vanities and lounge spaces.
• Maintain all guest lounge and deck areas in neat and sanitary condition.
• Maintain spa spaces in a fashion that ensures neat, safe and sanitary conditions.
• Ensure that guests are properly checked in and out of lockers as necessary.
• Participates in periodic product inventory as directed
• Conducts tours of the spa and related facilities
