Job summary

Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa in Frisco, TX is seeking a friendly team member to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in guest rooms. You will thoroughly clean rooms, restock items, and communicate completed status to ensure a smooth check-in process for the next guest.

Responsibilities include making beds, bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting, along with handling room service trays and organizing carts. Must be able to stand for 8 hours, bend, reach, and lift up to 20 lbs, and work

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to stand for 8 hours.
• Ability and willingness to bend, stretch, reach, and push up to 20 lbs.
• Willing to work a varied schedule which includes weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Restock and replace used items within guest rooms.
• Communicate clean status of each room upon completion.
• Remove room service trays and tables from guest rooms.
• Stock supply cart and ensure that it is neat and always well organized.
• Check all equipment prior to and after use to ensure that it is in good working order.
• Respond to all hotel guests efficiently and in an appropriately friendly manner.
