Job summary

The Essex Resort & Spa in Vermont seeks a Spa Receptionist to ensure a calm, professional guest experience. You will check guests in and out using spa software, assist with fitness and relaxation areas, and promote spa products and services.

Ideal candidates bring a friendly attitude, strong communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; prior customer service experience and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service preferred.
• Computer knowledge preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Check guest in and out using Spa software.
• Provide a professional and friendly attitude to guests and staff.
• Meet guest needs: fitness room, locker room, relaxation area.
• Knowledge of retail products and services offered in the Spa and Resort.
• Maintain a cash bank effectively.
• On time attendance and dress code required.
