The position emphasizes mentoring, training, and evaluating staff, with opportunities for recognition at national events and a focus on maintaining a positive work atmosphere while meeting client retail goals.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Master Esthetician License.
• Sales minded esthetician ready to advance career.

Responsabilités

• Perform skincare services including facials, facial waxing, microderm infusion, chemical peels, red light, dermaplaning, and more.
• Model exceptional customer service and adhere to clinic policies for the entire staff.
• Set the tone for the skincare team and maintain a positive work environment.
• Conduct esthetician performance evaluations.
• Mentor skincare staff with respectful and honest communication to create success for every esthetician.
• Implement a training program for new Estheticians.
• Meet retail goals set per client.
• Potential to win Esthetician of the Year and be recognized at our National Massage Envy Summit.
