Qualifications

• Two Year College degree in business or relevant degree.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in spa & salon operations preferred.
• Knowledge of Health Department and State licensing codes.
• Ability to lead, train and develop staff.
• Commitment to customer service and member relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall vision and strategic plan for spa & salon operations.
• Manage all spa and salon retail products and inventory.
• Develop and meet budget and financial goals for the Spa.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and health requirements.
• Lead staff training, meetings and performance reviews.
• Create and execute marketing strategies to attract members and groups.
• oversee the integration of the Spa with the fitness facility.
• Provide outstanding customer service and retain members.
