Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Spa Coordinator for Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa in Vero Beach, FL. You will enhance the guest experience by greeting clients, giving tours, and guiding them through spa services with a welcoming, attentive approach.

You will coordinate with therapists, assist with booking, and ensure smooth operation of the spa and fitness areas while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.
• Engaging and welcoming personality essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced spa setting.
• Excellent communication skills with guests and team.
• Available to work weekends and holidays; flexible schedule.
• Must be physically able to bend, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the spa and provide tours.
• Assist guests in preparing for treatments and explain services.
• Coordinate with therapists to deliver timely services.
• Assist guests with booking treatments by phone or in person.
• Record transactions accurately and maintain records.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and spa operations.
• Report accidents or injuries to Security as needed.

As a Spa Coordinator, you are responsible for the guest experience within the resort/hotel spa and ensuring those guests have an enjoyable, relaxing experience by engaging with the guests in a courteous and efficient manner. The Spa Coordinator greets guests and introduces the facilities and program components to individuals and groups. This individual will ensure that guests appointments are booked and carried out in a guest focused manner. This is a tremendous opportunity for a driven person to grow and learn at a world-class property!Your role:Greeting clients as they enter the SpaProviding clients with tours and information related to the Facility and its features.Assist guests in preparing for their treatmentsCoordinate with the therapists to provide timely servicesAssisting guests will booking treatments, either by phone or in person and recording the transactions in the appropriate area.Thoroughly understand and adhere to proper credit, check cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Spa services, products, and procedures.Reporting any accidents or injuries to the Security Department.Monitors the spa and fitness room for cleanliness, safety, and provides direction or instruction when appropriate.What are we looking for?Someone with or the ability to obtain a CPR and First Aide certification preferredSomeone with an engaging and welcoming personalitySomeone with a strong attention to detailSomeone who can work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentSomeone with a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guestsSomeone with excellent communication skillsSomeone who can frequent bend, push/pull, and lifting/carrying of up to 30 lbs. and occasional lifting/carrying of up to 50 lbs.Someone with a flexible schedule that allows them to work weekends and holidaysCompensation:$15.00-$16.00Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
