Job summary

The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Spa Coordinator to ensure guests have an exceptional spa experience. You will greet clients, provide tours of facilities, book treatments, and coordinate with therapists to deliver timely services.

We value engaging personalities, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced resort environment. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred; weekend and holiday availability is required.

• Monitor spa areas for cleanliness, safety, and guest comfort.

As a Spa Coordinator, you are responsible for the guest experience within the resort/hotel spa and ensuring those guests have an enjoyable, relaxing experience by engaging with the guests in a courteous and efficient manner. The Spa Coordinator greets guests and introduces the facilities and program components to individuals and groups. This individual will ensure that guests appointments are booked and carried out in a guest focused manner. They will be working closely with different members of our team, so they will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.If making meaningful connections, figuring out what it takes and stepping it up to win the day is what you do, and you love it, we want you!
