Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Full-time Spa Coordinator at Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa in Vero Beach, Florida. You will welcome guests, provide tours of facility features, and ensure smooth scheduling of treatments.

You will work closely with therapists, handle bookings by phone or in person, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa services. A courteous, detail-oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the Spa.

• Monitor spa and fitness areas for cleanliness and safety.

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented and customer focused individual to join our team as a Full-time Spa Coordinator! As a Spa Coordinator, you are responsible for the guest experience within the resort/hotel spa and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable, relaxing experience by engaging with the guests in a courteous and efficient manner. The Spa Coordinator greets guests and introduces the facilities and program components to individuals and groups. This individual will ensure that guests appointments are booked and carried out in a guest focused manner. They will be working closely with different members of our team, so they will need to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.

Your Role

• Greeting clients as they enter the Spa
• Providing clients with tours and information related to the Facility and its features.
• Assist guests in preparing for their treatments
• Coordinate with the therapists to provide timely services
• Assisting guests will booking treatments, either by phone or in person and recording the transactions in the appropriate area.
• Thoroughly understand and adhere to proper credit, check cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Spa services, products, and procedures.
• Reporting any accidents or injuries to the Security Department.
• Monitors the spa and fitness room for cleanliness, safety, and provides direction or instruction when appropriate.
