Job summary

Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a licensed Massage Therapist for its luxury Vero Beach spa. You will perform massages and body treatments, uphold spa protocols, and ensure pristine work areas for guest comfort.

Ideal candidates hold a Florida license, have at least 2 years in a resort spa, and demonstrate exceptional customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Esthetics school.
• Minimum 2 years experience in spa/salon or resort industry.
• Professional Massage Therapy License issued by Florida.
• Detail-oriented with strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot all massage equipment.
• Perform all massages and body treatments per spa protocol.
• Become knowledgeable of all treatments and products available at the spa.
• Keep work area clean, stocked and sanitized.
• Keep spa locker area clean and stocked.
• Keep tranquility room clean and presentable.
• Stock towels in fitness center when needed.
• Remove used towels from spa locker rooms and fitness center.

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

Basic Function: Perform Massage and Body treatments to guests of Resort and local Guests.

Essential Functions

• Operate and troubleshoot all Massage equipment
• Perform all Massages and Body Treatments per Spa protocol
• Become knowledgeable of all treatments and products available at the Spa
• Keep work area clean, stocked and sanitized
• Keep Spa locker area clean and stocked
• Keep Tranquility room clean and presentable
• Keep supply room clean and organized
• Stock towels at fitness center when needed
• Remove used towels from spa locker rooms and fitness center

What are we looking for?

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK Education: Must be a graduate of Esthetics school

Experience: Must have at least 2 years experience in the salon/spa resort industry.

Licenses or certificates: Professional Massage Therapy License issued by the State of Florida
