Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations. You would work at one location per shift, with travel between locations as needed. We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time Spa Coordinators (36+ hours per week).

Responsibilities include scheduling, guest service, retail recommendations, and maintaining an organized front desk. Meevo experience is preferred, and travel between Montclair and Hoboken is required.

Qualifications

• Meevo experience required or highly preferred.
• Previous spa, hotel, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations.
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.

• Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow.
• Provides exceptional guest service while recommending retail and gift cards.
• Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience.
• Supports the General Manager and leadership team.
• Stays highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Maintains a clean, professional, and well-organized front desk environment.
• Is comfortable traveling between Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed.

We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations.

Team members may be scheduled at either spa location based on business needs; however, you would work at only one location per shift and would not be required to travel between locations during the same workday.
