Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa is hiring Travel Spa Coordinators for its Montclair and Hoboken locations. Full-Time and Part-Time roles require travel between sites, with a 36+ hour schedule for full-time staff and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

The role focuses on coordinating the spa schedule, guest service, and supporting leadership, in a polished front desk environment. Qualified candidates have Meevo experience or strong front desk skills, excellent communication, and proven multitasking ability within

Qualifications

• Meevo experience required or highly preferred.
• Previous spa/front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations.
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow.
• Provides exceptional guest service while recommending retail and gift cards.
• Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience.
• Supports the General Manager and leadership team.
• Stays highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Maintains a clean, professional, and well-organized front desk environment.
• Is comfortable traveling between Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed.

We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations. Team members may be scheduled at either spa location based on business needs; however, you would work at only one location per shift and would not be required to travel between locations during the same workday.

Schedule Requirement: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday (this is a FT schedule - benefit and sign on bonus eligible)

Now offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time Spa Coordinators (36+ hours per week)!
