Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations. Travel between sites is required per business needs, but you work at one location per shift.

We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time Spa Coordinators (36+ hours/week) and a schedule featuring Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun, with Meevo experience and front desk hospitality preferred. Growth opportunities and competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• Meevo experience required or highly preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.
• Front desk or hospitality experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow.
• Provides exceptional guest service while recommending retail and gift cards.
• Maintains a clean, professional front desk environment.
• Supports the General Manager and leadership team.
• Travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed.

We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinators to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations. Team members may be scheduled at either spa location based on business needs; however, you would work at only one location per shift and would not be required to travel between locations during the same workday.

Schedule Requirement: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday (this is a FT schedule - benefit and sign on bonus eligible)

• Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow
• Provides exceptional guest service while recommending retail and gift cards
• Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience
• Supports the General Manager and leadership team
• Stays highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Maintains a clean, professional, and well-organized front desk environment
• Is comfortable traveling between our Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed

Requirements:

• Meevo experience required or highly preferred
• Previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
• Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
