Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa is hiring a Full-Time General Manager to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations. You would oversee daily spa operations, scheduling, and staff development to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health and vision insurance, paid time off, a signing bonus, and ongoing training. This role requires Meevo experience and the ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken as needed.

Qualifications

• Meevo experience required or highly preferred.
• At least 2 years previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the spa.
• Coordinate scheduling for guests and team members across locations.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Maximize inventory for professional and retail use.
• Understand software systems and analyze spa performance.
• Lead neighborhood marketing and community outreach.
• Ensure each guest has a phenomenal and consistent experience.

We are hiring a Full-Time General Manager to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations.

Team members may be scheduled at either spa location based on business needs; however, you would work at only one location per shift and would not be required to travel between locations during the same workday.

Schedule Requirement

Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday (this is a FT schedule - benefit and sign on bonus eligible)

As General Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Manage the daily operations of the spa
• Make sure both guests and team members are scheduled efficiently and effectively
• Coach and develop team members
• Maximize inventory for professional and retail use
• Understand our software systems and utilize tools to analyze spa’s overall performance
• Take the lead in neighborhood marketing and community outreach
• Ensures each guest has a phenomenal and consistent experience
• Understands that serving and helping others leads to personal satisfaction

Requirements

• Meevo experience required or highly preferred
• At least 2 years previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
• Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
