Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa is hiring a Full-Time General Manager to oversee operations at Montclair and Hoboken locations. You may be scheduled at either spa location, but you work at only one per shift with no travel between locations in a single day.

We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time General Managers (36+ hours/week), health insurance, PTO, and employee discounts. Strong leadership, spa hospitality and Meevo experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Meevo experience required or preferred.
• 2+ years spa/hospitality/front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations.
• Strong communication, customer service and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the spa.
• Schedule guests and team members efficiently.
• Coach and develop staff.
• Maximize inventory for professional and retail use.
• Understand software systems and analyze performance.
• Lead neighborhood marketing and community outreach.

As General Manager, You Will Be Responsible For

More Specifically, Our Stellar GM’s

• Manage the daily operations of the spa
• Make sure both guests and team members are scheduled efficiently and effectively
• Coach and develop team members
• Maximize inventory for professional and retail use
• Understand our software systems and utilize tools to analyze spa’s overall performance
• Take the lead in neighborhood marketing and community outreach
• Ensures each guest has a phenomenal and consistent experience
• Understands that serving and helping others leads to personal satisfaction

Requirements

• Meevo experience required or highly preferred
• At least 2 years previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred
• Ability to travel between Montclair and Hoboken locations
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
