Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa in Montclair and Hoboken is hiring a Full-Time General Manager to lead daily spa operations. You will oversee scheduling, training, inventory management and guest experience to ensure consistent, exceptional service across locations.

Candidates should have Meevo experience or be highly preferred, 2+ years in spa/hospitality, and strong communication and multitasking skills. This role includes a competitive salary, benefits, an annual vacation plan, and a $1,000 sign-on

Qualifications

• Meevo experience required or highly preferred.
• At least 2 years previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the spa.
• Make sure both guests and team members are scheduled efficiently and effectively.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Maximize inventory for professional and retail use.
• Understand our software systems and utilize tools to analyze spa’s overall performance.
• Take the lead in neighborhood marketing and community outreach.
• Ensure each guest has a phenomenal and consistent experience.
• Serving and helping others leads to personal satisfaction.

We are hiring a Full-Time General Manager to support our Montclair and Hoboken locations.

Team members may be scheduled at either spa location based on business needs; however, you would work at only one location per shift and would not be required to travel between locations during the same workday.

Schedule Requirement

Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday (this is a FT schedule - benefit and sign on bonus eligible)
