Job summary

Mandara Spa in Waikoloa on the Big Island of Hawaii is seeking a Spa Concierge / Spa Front Desk Associate. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, answer phones, and promote spa services and retail products.

This role requires at least 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience, a friendly demeanor, strong communication, and basic computer skills. Book4Time experience is a plus. Starting pay is $19.75/hour with bonuses and a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

As the Spa Concierge, you are the first and last impression of the spa experience—welcoming guests, assisting with reservations, and ensuring every visitor receives exceptional service.

What You'll Do

We're Looking For

• Comfortable answering phones and assisting guests in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn booking systems (Book4Time experience a plus)
• Retail or spa experience is a plus but not required
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have authorization to work in the United States
