Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Spa Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service at the Spa check-in/out and during reservations. The role includes promoting retail and supporting spa operations to meet company goals and values.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of customer service in a hotel or spa setting, strong English communication, and basic math for billing. Proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience in a hotel or Spa environment.
• Working knowledge of spa services and products.
• Possess basic math skills and ability to accurately handle billing.
• Ability to communicate clearly and speak, read, write and understand English eloquently.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the Spa, provide information, coordinate guest requests, and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide spa services to guests in a timely, courteous, and proficient manner.
• Assist fellow associates with daily operations to support teamwork and spa success.
