Responsibilities

• Greets and registers guests upon their arrival at the Spa.
• Ensures the accuracy of guest file information.
• Schedule spa services on a computerized spa system.
• Posts guest charges.
• Assists guests in understanding and settling their accounts.
• Maintain eye contact when addressing external and internal guests.
• Open & close the spa according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Acknowledge & greet everyone who enters & leaves spa facilities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area.
• Attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings for the spa.
