• Recommend and upsell spa services and retail products.
• Provide spa facility tours and beverage service to guests.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and restock supplies as needed.
• Process payments (cash, cards, gift certificates, comps, room charges).
• Assist with special projects and participate in team meetings.
