Hilton's Waldorf Astoria Maui, Grand Wailea, is seeking a Spa Concierge to join the spa team. Located on 40 acres of tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond resort offers exceptional guest experiences and a dynamic service culture.

You will respond to guest inquiries, arrange dining and transport, and coordinate personalized services to ensure memorable stays for all guests, including VIPs, while promoting hotel offerings and programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end resort environments preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-relation skills required.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to guest needs with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
• Provide recommendations for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions.
• Arrange for personalized guest services and coordinate VIP experiences.
• Receive and deliver messages, mail, packages, and faxes for guests.
• Support the guest registration process and ensure elevated service for high-priority clients.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and programs to enhance guest experiences.
