Qualifications

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask is a must.
• Proficiency with Book4Time, OPERA, HotSOS and RESERVE.
• Previous experience in Spa/Wellness industry strongly desirable.
• Fun and articulate with a great sense of humor.
• Must be able to work alternating shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Personality and presentation play key roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist spa guests, ensuring a seamless guest journey.
• Register new guests, process payments and issue invoices.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations for spa services.
• Inform guests of new products and services to drive patronage.
• Be knowledgeable about resort offerings and arrange activities as needed.
