Hilton's Waldorf Astoria Maui, Grand Wailea, is seeking a Kilolani Spa Wellness Operations Lead to oversee daily spa operations, administer schedules, and support management.

The role requires strong leadership, flawless guest service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a luxury resort environment. You will collaborate across departments, ensure Forbes standards, and drive guest satisfaction through proactive service and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Support Spa Wellness Manager & Spa Operations Manager with daily administrative operations.
• Disseminate spa team information, treatment knowledge, Forbes standards, and new programs to staff.
• Assist with spa events & weddings, VIP guest facilitation.
• Oversee spa guest services including bookings and guest communications.
• Conduct facility walkthroughs to ensure guest satisfaction and cleanliness.
• Assist in compiling data for reporting purposes as assigned by Spa Management.
