Job summary

Hilton's Waldorf Astoria Maui Grand Wailea is seeking a Concierge to join the Napua Tower team. You will deliver memorable guest experiences, assist with special requests, and uphold Hilton's hospitality standards.

As a Concierge, you will respond to inquiries, coordinate dining and transportation arrangements, assist VIP guests, and promote hotel services and programs. This role is part of the Local Union with schedule variations and full-time hours based on seniority.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Provide information and handle arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions
• Coordinate for medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest needs
• Manage messages, mail, packages, and faxes for guests
• Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for VIP guests
• Share marketing materials and encourage use of hotel services and programs
