Job summary

Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia in Paradise Valley, AZ, is hiring a Spa Concierge to join the therapy team and deliver exceptional guest service. You will schedule spa appointments, communicate promotions, and help guests rest, relax and regain balance during their visit.

The role requires successful cash handling, strong communication, the ability to stand for 8 hours, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays. TABC certification may be required or obtained on hire.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for an 8 hour shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull 30 lbs.
• Must have unexpired TABC certification or obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out according to Omni standards.
• Schedule spa appointments and confirm them accurately.
• Up-sell and promote spa services and products.
• Provide spa tours and serve beverages as needed.

Spa Concierge

Overview

You will work as a part of the Spa therapy team to consistently provide the highest possible standard of guest service, creating a sensory journey for guests helping them to rest, relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in their lives. You will be responsible for scheduling spa appointments and maximizing spa service opportunities. You will be responsible for communicating spa promotions with guests and associates, up-sell, and provide tours of the spa.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out according to Omni standards
• Schedule spa appointments and accurately confirm them in accordance with Omni Hotels & Resorts Moments of Service.
• Up-sell, cross-sell, and pre-sell services and products.
• Provide tours of the spa and offer/serve beverages as needed.
• Assist in maintaining presentation and cleanliness of the spa and all of its areas.
• Communicate spa promotions with guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into computer systems.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up all responsibilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for an 8 hour shift.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Previous cashiering experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull 30 lbs.
• Must have unexpired TABC - or obtain upon hire.
• Hourly pay + included commission from gratuity pool *
