Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa - Cleveland is seeking a friendly Spa Concierge in Rocky River, OH to welcome guests and ensure a tranquil, exceptional experience from arrival to departure. You’ll answer questions, coordinate appointments, and support the front desk with a calm, service-driven approach.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for wellness. Prior hospitality or spa experience is a plus; evenings/weekends available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a spa or hospitality setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using scheduling software and basic computer applications.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
