Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail seeks a Spa Attendant for the Male Locker Room. You will help maintain spa areas, assist guests, and support the spa team to deliver a premium guest experience.

Responsibilities include keeping areas tidy, handling towels and supplies, and guiding guests to preferred spaces. The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to work flexible shifts in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in guest/customer service.
• Experience in spa or wellness settings preferred.
• Fluency in English required for this location.

Spa Attendant FT (Male Locker Room)

About the role:

This role is responsible for the experience in the locker room of the Spa and ensuring our guests have an enjoyable experience while using the spa amenities. This role will assist the Spa team to ensure all spa areas are well maintained and the guest experience is at the expected level.

What you will do:

• Keeps all Wellness Floor areas neat, vacuumed and dust-free.
• Makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free. Removes all trash from areas.
• Set-up and maintain spa including refreshments, locker rooms, fitness center, yoga studio, and pre-treatment area.
• Responds to guest requests and inquiries while on The Wellness Floor.
• Can answer guest questions and direct them to the areas they desire to be in.
• Retrieve and fold towels
• Retrieve, deliver, and store/set-up products from purchasing

What you bring:

• Minimum 1+ years in guest/customer service role, spa experience preferred.
• Ability to work eight-hour shifts; scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
• Must be able to endure long periods of standing, walking and lifting.
• Must be able to attend pick-up cups, weights, towels, and clean equipment including stretch mats, and other weight room accessories.
• Must be able to push and/or pull laundry cart (50 lbs.), lift towel basket, (50lbs) and lift drink dispensers
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.

Schedule & Hours:

• This is a full-time position.
• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, and the ability to work morning, afternoon and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
