Job summary

Vail Resorts is seeking a Spa Guest Attendant to monitor and clean the spa to ensure guest satisfaction and a welcoming experience.

Starting wage is $20.00/hour to $23.00/hour, with Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 employment and housing available.

No formal experience is necessary; all necessary skills will be taught. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods while communicating fluently in English.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk for extended periods of time.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• We will teach you all necessary skills; no formal experience required.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean all assigned spa areas within prescribed standard guidelines.
• Maintain the inventory of all items placed in the spa.
• Maintain and rotate an adequate supply of clean linen and towels.
• Report any damaged or missing items or maintenance repair needs to your supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service to everyone who enters and leaves spa facilities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
