Job summary

Hotel Ivy, part of HEI Hotels & Resorts in Minneapolis, seeks a Spa Attendant to assist guests with spa arrivals and departures and maintain a pristine spa environment.

You will stock towels, robes, and amenities, ensure cleanliness of locker rooms and relaxation areas, and support guests with a professional, friendly service mindset. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in spa or hotel environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with arrival and departure from spa and provide positive guest experiences.
• Ensure cleanliness of spa locker rooms, relaxation area, and hydrotherapy tub area.
• Stock lockers with towels, robes and sheets; maintain supplies.
• Clean corridors, glass doors, and mirrors; remove spots and ensure overall presentation.
